Schedule of Services and Fees

Estate Settlement  (One-time fee for Probate or Trust Termination process):

4.0%    on the first       $   100,000
3.0%    on the next      $   100,000
2.0%    on the next      $    800,000
1.0%    on the next      $   9,000,000
0.5%    on the next      $ 15,000,000

Trust Administration  (Ongoing trustee services for continuing trusts): 

        1%  per year based on the trust market value

Advisory and Consulting Services  (Including Agent for Trustee or Agent Under Durable Power of Attorney):

       $125.00 per hour, plus expenses incurred on behalf of the client
